As of June 1, 2020 we will be implementing these procedures  to protect our stylists and our clients through the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Social Distancing:

We are taking every reasonable precaution to operate in compliance with all orders and social distancing guidelines relating to the COVID-19 emergency.

Keeping Our Salon Clean:

We will be cleaning and disinfecting by methods recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration.

​Prior to serving any client:

  • razors

  • shears

  • scissors

  • clippers

  • tweezers

  • combs

  • towels

  • aprons

  • any other fabrics

  • the headrest

  • and the chair   

Will be thoroughly cleaned, laundered and disinfected after each client, and stored to prevent future contamination, before re-use on next client.

Our Stylists:

Our new policies require stylist to wear a face covering,  and wash hands thoroughly with soap and hot water.

 

We will wash our hands and wipe down surfaces after using:

 

  • phones

  • computers

  • cash registers

  • credit card machines

  • and after client contact

 

We are striving to minimize to the greatest degree possible, up-close, direct face-to-face contact with clients.

Scheduling Policies: 

Our employees and appointment policies will minimize the risk of overcrowding inside the shop.

 

We will no longer be providing the following services until we are cleared to do so:

  • physical social greetings

  • hugs

  • handshakes

  • have waiting chairs

  • or a waiting area

  • magazines

  • books

  • other waiting area items

  • serving complimentary drinks

Our New Client Procedures:

​All clients will be required to stay in their vehicle or outside until a stylists calls/text you to come in to the Salon. ​

 

  • Please do not bring outside food or drinks into the salon. ​

  • Before entering the salon, use the hand sanitizer or the bathroom to wash your hands. ​

  • Bring only your form of payment and phone into the salon. 

  • Leave all other personal items in your vehicle or at home. ​

  • Please come to your appointment with a face mask or face covering!

  • If you do not have one, please ask your stylists before you enter the salon.

 

We will be doing ​pre-screening calls 24 hours in advance of your appointment about the following information.

  • Have you traveled outside the county in the past 14 days?

  • Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days?

  • Have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

​If you answer yes to any of the questions we will be required to re-book your appointment 14 days after original booking date and time. ​

 

  • Please stay home if you feel unwell, have a cough, fever, or symptoms associated with COVID-19.
